The profitability of cereal cultivation is increasingly dependent on the efficient use of inputs and the ability of crops to withstand periods of drought. 💧 1. Increased drought resistance (water retention)
Cereals are most susceptible to drought during tillering and grain filling. Humic acids improve soil structure and dramatically increase its water retention capacity. They create a moisture reserve in the root zone, thereby minimising heat and water stress and ensuring the successful completion of the growing season.

🧪 2. Maximising nutrient utilisation (Chelation)
Up to 50% of the applied nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) may be unavailable to the plant (leaching, fixation). Thanks to its strong chelating action, HUMAC® binds nutrients into organic complexes. This protects them from loss and makes them available to plants gradually and over the long term, thereby increasing the efficiency of fertilisation.

Dosage

Simple application for maximum benefit
: HUMAC® Agro is a free-flowing product that is applied to the soil before sowing or during soil preparation.

Standard application rate: 300–500 kg/ha (depending on soil type and humus content).
Application: Spread evenly over the entire area and then work into the soil to a depth of 5–15 cm (ploughing, disc harrowing, loosening).
Frequency: The treatment only needs to be repeated every 3–4 years, as the effects are long-lasting.
Certification: Approved for organic farming.
