Why include HUMAC® in the feed mix?
📈 1. Improved feed
conversion A healthy gut means more efficient nutrient absorption. Humic acids stabilise the gut microflora and increase feed utilisation. This results in higher weight gains for the same feed intake, which directly reduces rearing costs.
💨 2. Less ammonia and drier litter
This is a huge benefit for poultry. HUMAC® binds nitrogenous substances within the digestive tract, leading to a reduction in ammonia emissions from droppings of up to 40 per cent. The result is drier litter, better air quality in the house and fewer problems with foot pad sores (pododermatitis).

Poultry are extremely sensitive to mould in feed. Our product acts as a highly effective absorbent, binding mycotoxins and heavy metals, thereby protecting the animals’ livers and immune systems from toxic stress.

Dosage
HUMAC® Natur AFM is a free-flowing powder that is easily incorporated into complete feed mixtures. As it has no withdrawal period, it can be administered throughout the entire fattening cycle.
- Dosage: 3–5 kg per 1 tonne of feed (0.3–0.5% of the feed mixture).
- As a preventative measure: We recommend starting from day one (starter) to boost the immune system.
- Grace period: 0 days (zero).
- Certification: Approved for organic farming (BIO).
